What can I expect if I hire you for my wedding ceremony?

You will have live music for up to an hour. This includes between 15-30 minutes of prelude music to create a wonderful atmosphere while your guests are seated.

Do the ensembles play for outdoor events?

The Charleston area offers many unique outdoor venues. We frequently play for outdoor events.

What is required for me to secure your services to be part of my special day?

As is customary with providers of services for events, we do require a contract and deposit to hold your date and time in our calendar.

Do you accompany guest singers or other musicians?

Our ensembles have experience in accompanying singers/vocalists and other musicians.

What do I need to provide for the Ensemble?

Please provide one armless chair for each musician and sufficient light to see our sheet music.

Does my contract include your attendance at our wedding rehearsal?

The ensemble does not attend the wedding rehearsal.

What will the Musicians wear?

We wear formal performance attire to all our functions.

What time will the musicians arrive?

We are professionals who treat your event with the same care and consideration we treat a major concert hall performance.

Can you play a song that I have the piano music for?

If we feel the song can work with our instrumentation, we then assess whether we can do an arrangement of the song for the ensemble contracted for the event.

Can you play a selection not included on your repertoire list?

In many cases we can play selections that are not included on our repertoire list.

What happens if our event must be rescheduled or cancelled?

After we receive a signed contract and accompanying non-refundable deposit, the event is considered confirmed in the musician's calendars.

Will the musicians on the website be the musicians at my event?

The musicians on the website form the core of the ensembles we offer.
