What is required for me to secure your services to be part of my special day?
As is customary with providers of services for events, we do require a contract and deposit to hold your date and time in our calendar.
Your remaining balance and processional and recessional music selections are due ten business days prior to your wedding. We can consult with you to choose the repertoire for your program.
In order to fill out our contract properly, we need the following information from you along with the deposit.
- Name of the Client and physical address
- Date and exact time of the Ceremony
- Exact location of the venue with physical address
- Contact person (if any such as wedding coordinator, friend, or parents in charge)
- Best phone number (s)
- Best email address to send informtion
- Duration (prelude and ceremony only, or prelude and ceremony plus reception)
- Duo, Trio, or Quartet
The remaining balance is due ten business days before the event.
