What time will the musicians arrive?
We are professionals who treat your event with the same care and consideration we treat a major concert hall performance.
. The coordinator of the ensemble will arrive 30 minutes prior to the contract time to check the site set up and confirm the details with the event coordinator. The other ensemble musicians will arrive between 30 and 15 minutes prior to the contract time and be formally attired and in position to begin your elegant musical experience.
